Sales Representative’s Agreement

I,__________________________________________, wish to become a Sales Representative for Ruth L. Kern, International Etiquette Consultant. As such, I will market her booklets and videos on etiquette.

I understand that I will be able to purchase her products at the following discounts and sell them at the suggested retail price or at a price that I determine to be better:

Gross Purchases of $200 - $399

20% Discount

Gross Purchases of $400 - $599

30% Discount

Gross Purchases of $600 or more

40% Discount

I agree to pay all shipping and handling costs for each order as outlined in the attached schedule of rates. I will not be charged sales tax on my purchases but I will be responsible for collecting all sales tax from my sales and paying them to the appropriate state.

I will be able to terminate this agreement at any time but if I do decide to end my agreement with Ms. Kern, merchandise that I have purchased is not eligible for a refund.

However, if I find that one product sells better than another, I may exchange that product for the other product. I will be responsible for all the shipping and handling costs in this transaction.

I have read the terms of agreement and I would like to become a Sales Representative.
