Rebecca Ann de Leon, the winner of the last Beauty Pageant, accepts a plaque from Nellie Palomar Weiss, the founder of the Philippine American Foundation for the Homeless.

The judges for the Beauty Pageant are Penny Kendall, Ruth, Mira Horoszowski, Angela Miles and Dr. Michael Byun.

The winners are Lynn Hilao, second runner up, Sharon Morado, the winner, and Mary Michelle Lleno, first runner up.
