Ruth Kern's video, 'Modern American Dining and Entertaining Etiquette' is being shown not only on the cable television stations in the Chicago area, but also in etiquette training classes and universities nationally and internationally.
The video has even made it to the Peng Cheng University in Xuzhou, China where it is being used to teach Chinese students about American Table Manners.
